Public Involvement

As part of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, USACE is seeking public input on the development of the Draft MRER/Draft EA and is coordinating with appropriate state and Federal agencies and federally recognized Tribes to fully evaluate the alternatives. The Corps held public meetings in December 2018, to provide an overview of the MRE Study and allow the public and other stakeholders an opportunity to provide comments related to the study.  Public comments will also be taken throughout the study process through this website or the postal address below.

The Corps plans to hold additional public comment meetings in Summer 2019 following publication of the Draft MRER/EA. Please check this website frequently to find information about the public meeting schedules, and how the public can be involved in the MRER/EA process.
